Patricia Todd

Patricia Todd is the founder, coordinator and facilitator of VegHelp101 Vegan Education and Support Group. She is a longtime vegetarian turned vegan in 2010. 
​She is certified by Dr. Will Tuttle to facilitate courses on and to share the principles of The World Peace Diet – Eating for Spiritual Health and Social Harmony. She has facilitated National Issues Forums upon receiving training at UC Davis campus. Patricia is also available for local speaking presentations and to table at health, vegan, animal rights and welfare fairs and festivals. 

Planting the seed and watering the vegan garden 

Sharing experiences, challenges and benefits of going vegan, we learn from one another. We take a deeper look at the extended ramifications of our food choices. Looking at the taboo of acknowledging who is on our plate, and what it took to get there, the vegan lifestyle is about harmony over enmity, inclusion over exclusion, transparency over obfuscation, empowerment over manipulation and compassion
